BESEGMA follows a simple three-step process:

1. Train your model – Upload your historical data, and BESEGMA builds a prediction model.
2. Start making predictions – Give BESEGMA a new CSV file with missing values, and BESEGMA generates accurate predictions, complete with confidence scores.
3. Monitor and adjust – Upload the real-world information that was originally predicted to refine your model and produce even more accurate predictions in the future.

What are your pricing plans?

We offer two subscription tiers:

• Pulse – $99/month (1 user, 3 models, 1,000 predictions/month, 200 minutes of learning time).
• Elite – $199/month (5 users, Unlimited models, 10,000 predictions/month, 2,000 minutes of learning time).

How do you handle my data?

Your data remains your data. BESEGMA processes it only for generating predictions, and we follow strict data security practices to protect your information.

What types of data do you support?

BESEGMA supports CSV and will soon natively import other file formats like Excel, and JSON. If you’re working in a format other than CSV, there’s a good chance Excel will be able to export your spreadsheet as a CSV file for you to upload to BESEGMA. Your dataset should include historical values that correlate with the predictions you want to generate.

Do you offer API access?

API access is in early beta testing and available on request, enabling businesses to automate data transfers between BESEGMA and their existing platforms. Just get in touch with our team to get the ball rolling.

How does BESEGMA ensure data security?

How does BESEGMA handle missing data?

BESEGMA automatically detects and fills-in missing values using pattern recognition and historical trends. However, for the highest accuracy, we recommend ensuring your dataset is as complete as possible.

What kind of predictions can I make?

BESEGMA specialises in:

• Classification models (e.g., customer segmentation, fraud detection).
• Regression models (e.g., revenue projections, performance optimisation).

How is prediction accuracy measured?

Each prediction includes a confidence score, and accuracy is measured using standard evaluation metrics like:

Can I use the platform for real-time predictions?

Currently, BESEGMA is designed for batch predictions, where you upload data and receive results in return. Adding real-time streaming predictions is on our roadmap.

Can I export my prediction results?

Yes! Predictions can be downloaded in CSV format for easy integration with other business tools like Excel, CRM systems, or analytics platforms.

What happens if I exceed my monthly prediction limits?

If you use all of your monthly prediction allowance, you can:

• Purchase extra predictions for £5 each which will be automatically added to your account on a Pay As You Go basis.
• If you’re on the Pule plan, you could upgrade to our Elite plan.
• Wait until your next billing cycle.

Can I retrain my models over time?

Yes! In fact, we recommend that you periodically upload new data to keep your models learning. By consistently adding new data you’re updating and retraining the models, ensuring that predictions are as accurate as possible and remain aligned with real-world changes.

How long does it take to train a model?

Training time depends on the dataset size and complexity, taking just a couple of minutes to build a model based on a small data set. Businesses with larger datasets would certainly benefit from our Elite Plan which offers thousands of minutes each month for training:

• Pulse Plan: Up to 200 minutes per month of model training.
• Elite Plan: Up to 2,000 minutes per month of model training.

Can I fine-tune or customise the models?

Currently, BESEGMA operates as a no-code platform, making it easy for anyone – from individual team members to business leaders – to unlock the value of their data. However, the system automatically optimises models based on your dataset.
